Haven’t been here in a while…

Well, I gained two pounds. 

120 again… 

I was at 118.6, 3 pounds away from my first goal weight.

Well, I can try again. We still have time before summer.

I’m not gonna eat anything on this retreat. 

I’m gonna lose what I gained. 

I already wrote TOL and DBF on both my wrists.

How I keep motivated.

 When you’re out and about, especially with friends, sometimes it’s really hard to resist the urge to cave and have unhealthy food. Everyone has a body part that they really aren’t happy with, for me it is my thighs. I use this body part as inspiration and motivation for myself. Everyday I write T.O.T.T (think of the thighs) on my hand/arm/somewhere I will see it. That way when I am tempted to eat something bad I am reminded of why I’m doing this.

sex scares me.  i don’t even like looking at myself naked in the mirror why would anyone else want to see me without clothes on
